Since January 2012, MCW Champion Matt Silva has been an unstoppable force in Melbourne City Wrestling. He has defeated the likes of Slex, Sonjay Dutt, Chris Basso & GD Grimm. But now, Silva faces a man who may be his toughest challenge yet: Mike Petersen.

His manager, Sebastian Walker, claimed that it was only “the beginning of the end” for Matt Silva. Two weeks later at the Dragonfly, Petersen attacked Silva’s best friend, Adam Brooks, and was looking to F5 him into the ring post, when Silva made the save, with a wild brawl erupting that saw members of the MCW roster, the RCW roster, and MCW & venue security struggling to keep both men apart.
