This Saturday Melbourne City Wrestling will host Ballroom Brawl at the Thornbury Theatre. Ballroom Brawl 2012 was one of the biggest nights in MCW history with coverage on TV, Radio and newspapers in the lead up. Matt Silva successfully defended the MCW crown against RCW Champion Mimic in an epic 30 minute no disqualification match and Danny Psycho went from start to finish to take out the inaugural 20 man rumble. The rules are simple: twenty people will be entered into the match at one minute intervals, and the only way to win is to ensure the 19 other entrants are all thrown over the top rope, with both feet hitting the floor. Gino Gambino and KC Cassidy are set to team up again at Ballroom Brawl
At MCW Uprising on February 22, we saw the unlikely pairing of ‘Mr Juicy’ Gino Gambino and KC Cassidy, who went on to defeat Andrew Phoenix & Zoe O’Neill in a match that had fans following their every move. KC Cassidy would go on to accompany Gambino to ringside at Clash of the Titans last month.
