Gino Gambino and KC Cassidy are set to team up again at Ballroom Brawl
At MCW Uprising on February 22, we saw the unlikely pairing of ‘Mr Juicy’ Gino Gambino and KC Cassidy, who went on to defeat Andrew Phoenix & Zoe O’Neill in a match that had fans following their every move. KC Cassidy would go on to accompany Gambino to ringside at Clash of the Titans last month. Whilst we don’t know what the back story is with this unusual duo, they have steadily become a staple of Melbourne City Wrestling’s live events in 2013.
Of course, not everyone is happy with the rise to prominence of Mr Juicy & KC Cassidy, and one of those individuals happens to be a formerly well loved MCW alumni: Shazza McKenzie.

Recently, McKenzie contacted MCW Management, demanding a match with KC Cassidy, declaring that whilst she has been competing all over the world for promotions such as SHIMMER and SHINE, KC has become nothing more than a comedy act.
Now, at Ballroom Brawl on May 11, Shazza McKenzie will make her first appearance for Melbourne City Wrestling in almost a year, and she’ll be bringing her boy toy, Sean Kustom, with her. McKenzie & Kustom have been on a tear working for PWA in Sydney, and they’ll be looking to make an impact in Melbourne now as well. But with Gambino & KC gaining more and more momentum as the months roll on, will they be able to succeed?
