After weeks of speculation about the main event for MCW Final Battle on Saturday November 30, Melbourne City Wrestling management have reached a decisive conclusion – KrackerJak will be facing former WWE Superstar, Hardcore Holly, in the main event at Craigieburn Leisure Centre. But the match will come at a cost to KrackerJak; still unimpressed with “The Mad Bastard’s” actions at our last show in Tullamarine, MCW Management have decided that this match will have no rules, no boundaries – it will be a No Holds Barred match in which ANYTHING GOES!

On a night where we will see the MCW Tag Team Championships defended, as well as the return of Chris Knight to Australian shores, this is indeed a signature match worthy of the main event status, between two competitors who have been known in their respective territories as the most hard hitting, vicious athletes around.
In his time with World Wrestling Entertainment, Bob Holly won the Hardcore Championship SIX TIMES, earning himself the nickname ‘Hardcore Holly’ in the process. One of his title wins occurred on the banks of the Mississippi River, as he defeated Al Snow to win the championship title that his name would become synonymous with over the course of his career. He would become the first man to defeat future WWE Champion CM Punk in WWE’s rebooted incarnation of ECW, and became known for a smashmouth, hard hitting style that has gone on to live in sports entertainment infamy.
Meanwhile, KrackerJak has seen his fair share of violent, hardcore matches. His bouts against the likes of Mad Dog McCrea have been some of the most violent spectacles to take place in Australia, and his recent assault on Mr Juicy with a fork served to show just how vicious his mean streak really is. KrackerJak told MCW News last week that he was done with the comedy, and that EVERYONE would pay for his transgressions sustained through a career spanning almost fifteen years.
This match may be one for the ages, on a night where anything and everything can, and probably will, happen! Will the ring be enough to contain these two star athletes? Can KrackerJak add an exclamation point to his claims in recent weeks?
