Back at MCW Worlds Collide in October 2013, fans witnessed one of the most horrifying incidents in Melbourne City Wrestling history, as KrackerJak bloodied up Mr Juicy at the conclusion of what was meant to be a light hearted match between two of MCW’s greatest entertainers. KrackerJak lashed out following the event, claiming that his career had amounted to very little due to his constant pandering to the fans, and declared that things were about to change dramatically.

The following month, at Final Battle in Craigieburn, KrackerJak faced former WWE superstar Hardcore Holly in a No Holds Barred match that saw the two combatants use anything that wasnt nailed down as a weapon. But it was Mr Juicy who would help Holly win the high-profile bout: after storming the ring and nailing KrackerJak with a hard punch to the face, Hardcore Holly was able to hit his signature Alabama Slam on ‘The Mad Bastard’ through a table for the victory.

With tensions between these two men reaching a fever pitch, MCW Management have decided that the only course of action is to put these two individuals into another match, in the hopes that they’ll be able to settle this growing rivalry once and for all. After their previous encounter, all eyes will be on KrackerJak, with measures in place to make sure there isn’t a repeat incident of MCW Worlds Collide. But after over a decade of rulebreaking and violence, what will the Mad Bastard have up his sleeve for Mr Juicy on the night? And can Mr Juicy prove that he is more than “just” a comedy wrestler, and come away with the biggest win of his eight year career?

MCW Worlds Collide takes place on Saturday February 8th, at the Tullamarine Public Hall. For the last week, speculation has continued to mount as to whom the current reigning Melbourne City Wrestling Champion, Mike Petersen, will face on Saturday February 8th at the Tullamarine Public Hall, as part of the “Championship Challenge.” We do know that Petersen’s manager, Sebastian Walker, searched nation wide, calling on his extensive knowledge from his decade plus career in Australian Independent Wrestling, in order to hand pick a current or former champion to take Petersen to the limit.

With the first event of Melbourne City Wrestling’s 2014 beginning to set the tone for the rest of the year, MCW Management have been at odds about when Carlo Cannon will finally get his championship match against Mike Petersen, who has held the coveted title for over a year. Executive Producer Miss Cass has decided that before ‘Cash Money’ gets his title shot, both he AND Petersen will compete in a special “Championship Challenge” on Saturday February 8, as we present ‘Vendetta’ from the Tullamarine Public Hall.

Hard Way Inc may have bitten off more than they can chew: Mike Burr, Jay Andrews & Miami will face the Cremator, Tommy Hellfire & KC Cassidy at Vendetta on February 8.

At MCW Final Battle on November 30th of last year, we witnessed the birth of a new chapter for the team known as Hard Way Inc. Originally comprising of Mike Burr and Jay Andrews, the team had slowly begun adding the impressive newcomer, Josh Shooter, to their ranks, but in a six man tag team match, they would add another piece of the puzzle: Miami would turn on JXT, joining the former MCW Tag Team Champions and Shooter, making Hard Way Inc a fully fledged faction to be reckoned with.

With MCW Vendetta taking place in just a few short weeks time on Saturday February 8th at the Tullamarine Public Hall, MCW Management have decided to offer the opportunity to several of the people who have felt slighted by the actions of Hard Way Inc over the past couple of events. With that in mind, we are proud to announce the first two matches for this 2014 return event.
